Exploring the safety and efficacy of nurse-directed aPTT monitoring: a pilot trial
Abstract
This study found that the difference in time to therapeutic aPTT range was not statistically or clinically significant when comparing nurse-directed vs. pharmacist-directed approaches. There were also no differences in the number of patients achieving therapeutic range.
