Effective mentorship is pivotal, providing guidance in clinical decision making, research pursuits, and professional networking. Career development strategies include securing funding, building collaborative networks, and identifying opportunities for leadership. Additionally, balancing clinical duties with research and personal well-being requires time management and institutional support.
