Abstract
This poster was presented at the 2025 Parkview Nursing Research Symposium.
The addition of the Certified Nurse Midwife Program at Parkview Randallia’s Family Birthing Center will:
•Increase regional access to the midwifery model of care • Provide additional labor and birth options
• Water immersion during labor & waterbirth
• Nitrous oxide
• Enhanced labor comfort measures (light/sound machines, birthing stools, birthing balls, etc.)
• Help meet increased patient demand for the above services and alleviate bed capacity issues at the regional medical center
